Litigation Associate

📍 Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)

💰 Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (DOE)

Our client is a rapidly growing law firm focusing on personal injury and civil litigation. The firm is known for its aggressive advocacy and collaborative culture, providing meaningful client interaction and professional growth opportunities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Build strong client relationships and guide them through the legal process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case strategy.
• (Preferred) Take cases through trial and verdict for commercial policy cases and defendants.

✅ Active Nevada Bar License (mandatory)

✅ 2–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury/trial experience preferred)

✅ Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

✅ Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to team strategy

✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
