This customer-facing role requires a blend of strong technical and interpersonal skills, with responsibilities including last-point issue escalation, mentoring junior team members, and providing solutions for platform-related challenges. The candidate must be willing to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to come onsite twice a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues within ServiceNow technologies.
- Serve as the final escalation point within the technical support department.
- Mentor junior team members in various technologies.
- Engage with customers to understand and address their technical concerns.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge about ServiceNow platforms and stay updated on new features and developments.
- Strong experience with Object-Oriented languages (Java, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting within a web applications stack.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or Oracle preferred).
