We are looking for a Senior HR Transformation Project Manager to lead our People and Culture (PPL) organization through a significant transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and effective delivery of transformation objectives. This role demands a highly organized, analytical, and communicative individual who is capable of navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Transformation Portfolio Management & Governance, establishing a unified dashboard for milestone tracking, risk assessment, and KPI management.
- Provide leadership support and ensure delivery across multiple PPL Transformation programs, emphasizing AI-tech-enabled automation opportunities.
- Coordinate between internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to streamline processes and facilitate effective workstream integration.
- Define success metrics, manage cross-functional dependencies, and conduct risk/issue resolution for in-depth PM support workstreams.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment and communication, ensuring change readiness, and smooth integration of new practices within the organization.
- Proven experience in HR-related transformation or operating model programs.
- Exceptional program and project management capabilities.
- Strong ability to communicate and align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions, preferably with experience managing external consulting partners.
