Key Responsibilities
- Administer on-prem AD, Azure, and Entra ID environments to ensure robust identity and access management.
- Implement certificate automation using ACME, Lets Encrypt, and F5 for secure communications.
- Manage identity solutions with tools like Azure Active Directory and Okta/OneLogin for seamless user access.
- Utilize PowerShell and APIs to automate administrative tasks, enhancing efficiency.
- Record and prosecute projects diligently using a ticketing system to maintain service quality and timeliness.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server (2019 and 2022) Administration.
- Strong experience in managing Microsoft DNS and any external DNS services.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft PKI, NDES, and DigiCert CA management.
- Prior experience in IT Infrastructure, specifically with a focus on identity and access management systems.
