Job Summary:
A Senior Technical Writer is required to standardize our learning documentation across all products and services, enhancing developer satisfaction through clearer, consistent, and modern guides. This role involves creating a unified guide template, delivering high-quality technical product guides, and establishing a standard publishing process to ensure content meets the needs of tech teams, SMEs, and customers with high precision. The aim is to provide an iterative learning experience through various modalities, improving user onboarding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Unified CDT Guide Template for consistent documentation across products/services.
- Deliver 5 High-Quality Technical Product Guides, each tailored to accurately represent product visions and functionalities.
- Create a comprehensive framework and style guide for Product Overview sections, incorporating demos, use-cases, and best practices.
- Rewrite essential sections like SDK documentation, How-Tos, and FAQs for quick and effective developer onboarding.
- Manage a standard publish process: draft through Chat GPT Agent, review, and sign-off, including feedback incorporation from tech teams, SMEs, PMs, and customers.
- Advanced proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools.
- Experience in content design and management of technical guides.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in tech or product documentation, preferably within IT or software development sectors.
