Job Summary:
We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to develop and manage partner assets and training tools that enhance enterprise field organization. The role involves translating complex partner offerings into accessible, impactful resources and maintaining high standards for content and readiness. The candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating collaboration between Adobe's internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless project execution and partner integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain easily consumable assets for Adobe enterprise sellers, emphasizing partner solutions.
• Simplify complex partner services into clear, concise seller materials, including overviews and quick start guides.
• Structure resources for optimal seller accessibility and use, upholding content quality from a user perspective.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Serve as a liaison among external partners and internal teams, coordinating efforts and maintaining project momentum.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in project management, specifically managing multiple streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to distill complex ideas.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive project outcomes effectively.

Industry Experience:
Experience in tech industry, specifically within enterprise sales environments or partner ecosystems, is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-powered tools used in sales processes is a plus.
