Job Summary
This position focuses on the fine-tuning, development, and validation of industry-leading vehicle dynamics including suspension, steering, and braking systems, utilizing both hardware and software integrations. Regular domestic and international travel is required to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance vehicle hardware and software calibrations through subjective evaluation and data-driven methodologies.
- Implement advanced data acquisition systems on prototype vehicles and execute comprehensive analysis and documentation of test outcomes.
- Conduct both objective and subjective evaluation of attributes on in-house and competitive benchmark vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues swiftly in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams across the company for efficient, data-informed decisions.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the vehicle dynamics prototype fleet.
- Handle multiple complex projects in a challenging environment.
- Strong foundation in vehicle dynamics principles.
- Proficient in objective and subjective assessments, including data acquisition and analysis.
- Experience in tuning dynamic control systems such as suspension and steering components.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive sector with a focus on vehicle dynamics.
