Job Description:
The Senior Application Analyst will play a crucial role in expanding and enhancing Epic Cadence and MyChart scheduling functionalities as part of a capital-funded initiative. This role involves senior level application support, leading solution design, and ensuring implementations are aligned with organizational technology strategies. The analyst will work on installations, upgrades, and provide extensive support and troubleshooting for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure new components for Epic Cadence and MyChart, including appointment entry Decision Trees.
• Upgrade existing applications and validate configurations.
• Define support go-live and rollout schedules for scheduling expansions.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Lead technical solution designs within Epic scheduling environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Epic Cadence or MyChart configuration.
• Ability to obtain Epic Decision Tree Badge within the first week of onboarding.
• Experience in building and supporting Decision Trees for appointment entry.

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience in healthcare industry, specifically in clinical scheduling environments.
