The ideal candidate will support a range of activities including account management, business consultation, and ensuring compliance with revenue standards and policies. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and implement automated solutions for improving business efficiency, while also being a key stakeholder in strategic planning and execution concerning new product offerings and market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and validate complex revenue transactions across multiple selling channels, ensuring compliance with product rules and revenue standards.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to maintain stringent compliance with SOX controls, including drafting and executing controls, narratives, and process documents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer-related information, providing business recommendations to optimize customer experience.
- Identify and champion automation opportunities to scale business processes, involving proposal building, requirements documentation, and leading change management initiatives.
- Design and execute reports for accuracy reconciliation, capacity planning, and performance measurement, while also maintaining essential role documentation.
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving to address unique challenges.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills to manage complex information and processes.
- Solid understanding of finance operations, specifically in areas of accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
