Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Architect with a track record in leading successful Automation projects using tools like UiPath, Alteryx, and Workato. The ideal candidate is a self-driven motivator, capable of independently managing a significant project load while navigating through constant change and virtual networking challenges. This role involves dissecting broad project requests into manageable tasks, leading a team towards automating manual processes across various teams within a tight quarterly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the intake process for new Automation or Business Process Improvement requests, ensuring efficient and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive the growth of the automation program by leveraging data and metrics to highlight successful project outcomes and encouraging the continuous adoption of automated solutions.
• Create, test, and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD), playing a crucial role in translating process owners' visions into actionable project plans.
• Lead large status meetings, offering concise updates across multiple projects while keeping track of team accountability and project progress via Asana.
• Collect necessary approvals from stakeholders across different domains, including Cyber Security and Compliance Experts, to advance automation projects swiftly.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in leading Automation projects with tools like UiPath, Alteryx, and Workato.
• Strong capabilities in Agile project management and User Acceptance Testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective stakeholder management and team guidance.
  
  

Desired Industry Experience

• Prior experience in a technology-focused role within large-scale organizations, particularly involving cross-functional teams and international coordination.
