Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and compare current vs. future process designs, determining necessary improvements.
- Design and manage changes to business processes, documenting business rules.
- Test processes to ensure correct outcomes, and examine the impact of process changes on the organization.
- Gather and analyze feedback for future process improvements.
- Monitor and measure process effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies.
- 3-5 years of process consulting experience.
- Leadership experience with strong workshop management capability.
- Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and writing procedures.
- Previous experience in business process analysis, particularly within TPS or similar industry, preferred.
- Experience with VISIO or other mapping tools.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Power BI or other data analytics tools.
