JOB SUMMARY:
Client is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to deliver personalized customer experiences across the TurboTax customer journey through email and mobile channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that drive customer engagement, progression, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in CRM marketing, personalization, journey orchestration, AI-powered campaign execution, and data-driven experimentation within high-volume consumer marketing environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and execute personalized CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, and RCS channels.
- Design customer journeys that improve engagement, retention, and progression throughout the tax-filing lifecycle.
- Create compelling campaign strategies and creative briefs that translate business goals into impactful customer communications.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline campaign development, content creation, analysis, and operational workflows.
- Partner with Strategy, Analytics, Product, CRM Operations, and Creative teams to execute complex marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage testing roadmaps, including A/B and multivariate testing programs, to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign, channel, and customer-level performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with CRM data and operations teams to ensure accurate audience targeting, campaign setup, and deployment.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign assets and execution.
- 7 years of hands-on CRM, Email Marketing, and Mobile Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in customer journey orchestration, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience managing Email, Push Notification, SMS, and/or RCS marketing campaigns.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.
- Strong creative brief writing and storytelling skills for customer-facing campaigns.
- Experience developing and executing structured testing and optimization programs.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Analytics, Operations, Creative, and Strategy teams.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools in large-scale consumer marketing environments.
This role requires experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within Consumer Technology, SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, Subscription Services, or Digital Consumer Products, where personalized customer engagement and retention are key business drivers.
