Job Summary:
This role is responsible for building and managing proactive outbound sales campaigns from conception to execution. You will act as a central point of contact ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various departments to drive customer engagement and appointment booking. The position requires a high-energy individual who can launch multiple campaigns rapidly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the complete lifecycle of outbound sales campaigns, from initial ideation to live execution across phone, SMS, and chat.
Collaborate with data science to define target audiences and manage lead list generation and scoring.
Configure sales operational tools and platforms to support campaign functionality and data intake.
Develop engaging scripts, talk tracks, and guidance materials for the sales concierge team.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Experience launching and managing sales campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign setup and lead management.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with the financial services or tax preparation industry is preferred.
