Job Summary: This hands-on role provides essential technical support for manufacturing operations during the second shift, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of issues with equipment, test systems, and production processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver adept at keeping manufacturing running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily manufacturing operations, maximizing equipment availability.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with production equipment and test systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and process interruptions.
- Identify and implement solutions for equipment and process problems.
- Maintain and repair production fixtures and test equipment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Experience in supporting manufacturing or production environments is required.
