Job Summary
The Business Platform Support Administrator is tasked with developing and administering policies and programs that support the company's business platform, aim at increasing the effectiveness of sales management through performance and profitability measurements, and ensure the implementation of firm policy changes. This role involves managing department databases for accuracy and functionality, establishing business objectives, and effectively addressing issues impacting productivity and the company's relationship with its field personnel. The ideal candidate will facilitate the alignment of the business platform with the company’s goals and contribute to its profitability and continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum of two (2) years of securities industry experience with a focus on operational management is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure, perform, and provide qualitative and quantitative analyses to improve management of the business platform.
- Develop and manage processes and systems contributing to division profitability and continuation.
- Communicate policy changes efficiently with the field.
- Manage department databases and collaborate with IT for necessary changes and improvements.
- Establish goals, objectives, and budgets for business platform administration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
