Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at Transportation, where we harness the power of data to drive operational efficiency and innovation. As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll leverage one of the world's largest datasets to provide actionable insights that optimize our Sort Center operations. Collaborate with product teams to design and execute data-driven strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards for product success metrics.
- Analyze data from Sort Center network to establish new KPIs.
- Present key metrics and data insights to higher leadership.
- Conduct statistical testing for program features and respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis.
- Utilize data mining and model building techniques to highlight trends in customer behavior.
- 3 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for performance.
- Experience working with large-scale complex datasets
- Experince in Data Visualization usinf Tableau OR Quicksight
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations analytics preferred.
