Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical setup and operation of AV equipment for various corporate events. You will also be tasked with daily AV system checks and providing technical support for workplace hardware. A key part of the job involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring all audio-visual needs are met for both daily operations and high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, test, and operate all AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Manage control booth technology for dedicated event spaces.
- Meet with event hosts to confirm technical needs and conduct rehearsals.
- Perform regular checks on conference room AV systems for functionality.
- Respond to and resolve escalated IT/AV tickets.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2-4 years of corporate event/AV production experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate AV systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues.
Experience in corporate event support and audio-visual production is required for this position.
