Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace environment by overseeing daily facility operations and vendor performance. You will be the primary point of contact for team members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and seamless operations. This senior individual contributor position will also mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Skills:
- Manage daily facility operations and inspections.
- Oversee vendor performance and service level agreements.
- Enhance the workplace experience for all.
- Coordinate facility improvement projects.
- Provide guidance to junior staff.
- Experience managing multiple vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or property management is required for this role.
