- Manage scheduling for all clinic-based services, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate all clinic team members, keeping communication clear and collaboration strong.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to keep the clinic prepared, secure, and organized.
- Handle ordering, requisitions, and inventory management for all operational materials.
- Coordinate maintenance needs to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
- Support cleanliness and organization efforts, partnering with cleaning services and staff.
- Promote positive culture and morale, serving as an enthusiastic and supportive presence.
- Assist with clinic events and activities, contributing to team engagement and community-building.
