Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch around 12:30–1:00 PM)

Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000

We’re looking for a high-energy, high-enthusiasm Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. This role is the heartbeat of our Southfield clinic—the person who sets the tone, supports the team, and ensures each day runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage scheduling for all clinic-based services, ensuring efficient daily operations.

• Coordinate all clinic team members, keeping communication clear and collaboration strong.

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to keep the clinic prepared, secure, and organized.

• Handle ordering, requisitions, and inventory management for all operational materials.

• Coordinate maintenance needs to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.

• Support cleanliness and organization efforts, partnering with cleaning services and staff.

• Promote positive culture and morale, serving as an enthusiastic and supportive presence.

• Assist with clinic events and activities, contributing to team engagement and community-building.
