Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Dearborn, MI. "The ideal candidate should have 8 Years of experience as a Program Manager and 5 as a Product Manager in the Automotive Industry.
Rate Range: $68/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Program & Project Management Specialist Job responsibilities include:
- Drive strategic planning by translating business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps, leading quarterly/PI planning, and overseeing enterprise integration initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional execution through dependency tracking, risk mitigation, process optimization, and governance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Align stakeholders by providing clear program updates, milestone tracking, and data-driven insights that support informed decision-making.
- Partner closely with IT leaders, development teams, and external vendors to strengthen collaboration, solve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
- IT professional with 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Technical Program Management, leading complex enterprise platform integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Expert in Project Management and Agile delivery, with hands-on experience in SDLC, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, and cross-functional program execution.
- Strong expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, KPI-driven performance tracking, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Effective communicator and problem solver with proven success in influencing stakeholders, collaborating with IT leadership, and managing third-party technology vendors.
