Systems Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a Level 1 Systems Admin job with a client in Rochester, NY. Must hold a High School Diploma to be considered. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations for clients' IT environments. Will be first line of defense for IT issues and escalate complex problems to senior administrators.

Salary Range: $50/k. to $58/k. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

• nsDiagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, whether in person, over the phone, or electronical
• lyCollaborating closely with IT team, you'll contribute to maintaining our clients' systems up-to-date and running smooth
• lyCreating, modifying, and disabling user accounts (e.g., in Active Director
• y)Managing password resets and unlocking account
• s.Responding to day-to-day IT support tickets (Tier 1 help desk
• ).Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues (e.g., OS errors, office applications, VPN connectivit
