A Sr. Software Engineer – Backend Development in Sunnyvale, CA is available courtesy of Akkodis. We are seeking an experienced backend developer with GO, Kubernetes and AWS to help our client build intelligent infotainment systems. You will be part of a team for a luxury automotive client developing backend systems that power new AI features and data products. This position is four days a week onsite in Sunnyvale.
Pay: $70/hr - $80/hr dependent on experience
Sr. Software Engineer – Backend Development responsibilities:
- Build scalable backend systems for infotainment AI
- Support legacy apps on Azure & Kubernetes
- Collaborate on data products and cross-vehicle learning
- Optional support for internal dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Must have: Go (Golang); Kubernetes and AWS experience
- Experience with Java or Kotlin preferred
- Must be self motivated and self driven
- Passionate about backend engineering and AI innovation
