ServiceNow Developer Job Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain CMDB integrations using Service Graph connectors, APIs, and database connections.
- Build and implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete CMDB data aligned with CSDM standards.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions including business rules, Flow Designer workflows, and update sets.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing scripts (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) to optimize performance and reliability.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery from design through deployment while ensuring best practices and minimal technical debt.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in ServiceNow CMDB development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM model, Service Graph connectors, and API/database integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and experience building automations, workflows, and scalable platform solutions.
