Akkodis is seeking a Systems Administrator responsible for the end‑to‑end management, performance, and reliability of designated system applications and their supporting infrastructure. This role blends technical expertise with business partnership, ensuring continuous improvement of enterprise systems while supporting business objectives. The Systems Administrator collaborates with internal stakeholders, capability owners, and vendors to implement enhancements, support application functionality, and deliver reporting solutions.
Pay/Salary Range: $90,000/year to $115,000/year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Skills Desired:
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related technology field—or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in an information technology environment.
- 1–3 years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Experience working with third‑party vendors (hosted and on‑premise).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand and analyze stakeholder needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship‑building and active listening.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
