Projects Manager

Akkodis is Seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead the execution of a $36M capital expansion project within a dairy/Nutrition manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project leader with a strong background in large-scale food or dairy manufacturing projects.

Rate Range: $45/hour -$55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and overall project performance.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and OEMs to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage project scope changes, documentation, engineering drawings, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with the Plant Readiness Team to ensure a seamless transition into operations.
• Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of capital project management experience in Construction/manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing large capital projects valued at $20M .
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (including lifting up to 50 lbs. when required).
