Akkodis is seeking a Project Analyst for a 6 months contract with a client located in Phoenix AZ
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules across multiple initiatives. This role ensures timely execution of tasks while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules to support successful delivery of objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate status reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure work assignments and timelines align with organizational policies and priorities.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for effective decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and proficiency with associated tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
• Reports to Senior Manager or Director.
• Role requires a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and creativity to achieve goals.
