Production Associate

Akkodis is seeking a Production Associate for a 6 months Contract position with a client located in Pawtucket, RI

Pay Range: $35-40/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

Lead design thinking workshops and structured ideation for digital and phygital play experiences. Translate early concepts into visual prototypes using advanced design tools and approved AI systems. Guide junior team members and peers in best practices for AI assisted design methodologies. Conduct trend and consumer research to inform insights and future strategy. Partner with Digital Production, AI R&D Labs, New Business Marketing, and Branding throughout concept to shelf development. Create detailed play and production specifications for prototypes and production readiness. Evaluate digital builds to verify quality, brand alignment, and experiential integrity. Develop and deliver internal presentations that clearly communicate concepts, prototypes, and strategic recommendations.

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in digital product design, emerging tech design, innovation, or related fields.

Expert proficiency and enthusiam in AI tools for text, image, and audio generation. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Firefly and Substance. Strong capability with Figma or comparable prototyping tools. Advanced design thinking facilitation and structured problem solving. Strong communication and collaborative leadership. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Portfolio of Work - A digital portfolio demonstrating:

• Concept visualization for digital or phygital products

• AI enabled design or prototyping work

• Evidence of structured problem solving and design thinking application

• Examples of leading or guiding cross functional teams

Skills and Tools Checklist

• Adobe Creative Suite including Firefly and Substance

• Figma or similar prototyping tools

• Generative AI tools for text, image, and audio

• Trend research and insight synthesis
