Akkodis is seeking a Junior Java Developer for a client located in Plymouth, MI 48170
Pay Range: $40/hr - $44/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Schedule - Mon - Fri (8 am -5 pm EST)
Hybrid - 3 days Onsite
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to vehicle modules, including for various markets.
Support module programming and replacement processes by analysing system behavior and identifying root causes.
Conduct regular stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review ongoing issues, gather updates, remove blockers, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve support tickets, including assisting with data corrections and overrides.
Investigate and resolve synchronization and connectivity concerns for applicable vehicle programs.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to analyse system logs and module data to identify faults and corrective actions.
Knowledge of vehicle module configuration, package information, and error-warning analysis.
Experience with diagnostic tools, software services, and troubleshooting processes.
Understanding of connectivity systems and ability to resolve issues related to vehicle connectivity platforms.
Ability to assess module compatibility and identify invalid or incorrect replacements using in-vehicle software tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and coordination skills for working with multiple technical teams.
