Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person desktop support for Windows users.
- Troubleshoot and repair Dell & HP laptops/workstations.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and ServiceNow tickets.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service while following ITIL processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows desktop support.
- Hands-on experience with Dell & HP devices.
- Knowledge of ITSM/ServiceNow and ITIL.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- CompTIA A is a plus
