Pay/Salary Range: $45,000 annually to $60,000 annually. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2 years of IT support or desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Customer-focused and dependable
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware support
