Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. This foundational role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize production systems, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Design and implement new methods, procedures, and SOPs
- Conduct time and motion studies and establish labor standards
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
- Identify and implement automation and technology solutions
- Track KPIs and support Lean / continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of industrial engineering or process improvement experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAD tools, Lean manufacturing, and project management
- Six Sigma experience a plus
