Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Engineer I for a 06-month contract with extension with a client in St Paul MN 55117 - Onsite.
Title: Electrical Engineer I
Location: St Paul MN 55117 - Onsite
Contract: 06 months Contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $40-42/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job Description:
Electrical Engineer to assist in development and sustain engineering projects within the Electrophysiology division.
Duties:
Participate in engineering teams completing development projects. Leads small-scale design change efforts in support of continuation engineering activities.
Completes system, analog, digital, and firmware designs.
This includes setting and revising requirements and specifications, debugging, testing electrical circuits and systems, and completing documentation to ensure feasibility and verifiability of performance.
Able to work cross functionally, independently, and as part of a team. Looking for a self-starter with a focus on troubleshooting.
Medical device experience would be ideal but not required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required. Computer Science or Biomedical degree is okay if the candidate also has Electrical Engineering experience.
Interview:
Interview process will be an initial phone screen and then any second interviews will be onsite in St Paul MN.
