Akkodis is currently partnering with a growing company that is looking for a CRM Developer. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Build and support solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with enterprise applications and third-party systems through APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Perform unit testing, support QA efforts, and deploy solutions following established development, security, and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues while providing technical support to end users.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices for development and application support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2 years of hands-on experience developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, and development best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for source control, release management, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, testing practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting end users and providing application troubleshooting in a business environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
