Akkodis is seeking a Data Engineer with strong Microsoft data platform experience to support enterprise data initiatives. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with SQL development, ETL processes, and Azure-based data solutions, along with the ability to manage deliverables and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
Pay/Salary Range: $85,000/year to $110,000/year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Skills Desired:
- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse and data mart solutions
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines
- Develop and support data integration processes using SSIS and/or Azure data services
- Break down project requirements into manageable deliverables and maintain progress toward timelines
- Identify and communicate project risks, obstacles, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and data governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
- Support ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting of data systems
