Akkodis is seeking a Toy Boutique Representative for a 3 months role with a client located in Pawtucket, RI.
Pay Range: $20-$22/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Toy Boutique Representative delivers exceptional in-store experiences at corporate retail location, managing merchandising, customer service, and inventory accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards; refresh displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately; reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts.
• Monitor stock levels; execute restocking and cycle counts; report discrepancies to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations; attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control.
