Data Center Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a People Programs Coordinator //Data Center Lead for a Contract with a client in Pryor, OK. The ideal candidate who supports seamless IT and data center operations through effective coordination and administrative oversight.

Rate Range: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

People Programs Coordinator / Data Center Lead - Job Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new associates, ensuring completion of all required access, orientation, and training activities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for data center operations, including timekeeping, reporting, performance tracking, and billing/benefits coordination.
• Coordinate schedules, training programs, and laptop activation meetings to ensure smooth integration of associates.
• Monitor associate engagement and retention metrics and support initiatives to promote a positive, productive work environment.
• Schedule and lead weekly meetings with site stakeholders, including engagement managers, to review performance and address issues.
• Track staffing levels and contractor coverage to ensure operational continuity and compliance throughout the services term.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a technology or data center environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with administrative tools, along with excellent communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and data security.
