Corporate Recruiter

Akkodis is hiring a Corporate Recruiter for a 6 month contract role in San Antonio, TX area on a 4-days onsite per week hybrid work setting. We are seeking an Ideal candidate as a hands-on Corporate Recruiter with 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, petroleum, or utilities environments, with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and high-volume hiring expertise.

Pay Range: $35.00/hour - $45.00/hour on W2 without benefits (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Location: San Antonio, TX (4 days onsite/week)

About the Role

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a key client’s Talent Acquisition organization. This role will manage full lifecycle recruitment, drive effective sourcing strategies, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes. Candidates with experience in petroleum, utilities, or manufacturing environments are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships while representing company values and providing a consultative approach.
• Execute effective recruitment strategies using a wide range of sourcing methods to attract diverse talent.
• Review resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage consistent candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and uphold data integrity, privacy, and compliance requirements within the ATS.
• Track hiring metrics and performance indicators to support continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR or Business strongly preferred.
• 4 years of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience.
• Workday ATS experience preferred.
• Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or similar sectors is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment is beneficial.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism.
