What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Management Coordinator position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is recruiting for a Change Management Coordinator for an automotive manufacturer in the Novi, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $40 an hour to $48 an hour depending on education, experience and location. Coordinate HW and SW changes with in the corresponding counterparts.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- 3-10 years, 2 to 3 years after college
- Coordinate and manage the AEKO process for engineering changes across all relevant departments (engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, etc.).
- Ensure that all AEKO change requests are properly documented, evaluated, and approved in a timely manner.
- Monitor AEKO timelines to ensure changes are implemented according to project milestones.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., R&D, procurement, production) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, customers).
- AEKO, KVS, TeamCenter
- Automotive experience.
