Change Management & Communications Lead job in Omaha, Nebraska

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Change Management & Communications Lead to ensure that staff are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the transformation journey. This role designs and executes change strategies that minimize resistance and foster adoption of new processes and tools.

Pay/Salary Range: $65.00/HR to $85.00/HR. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Create and manage communication plans, including newsletters, FAQs, and intranet updates.
• Organize and facilitate town halls, listening sessions, and feedback loops to maintain transparency.
• Partner with HR and leadership to align change initiatives with organizational culture.
• Track and report on change readiness and adoption metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expertise in change management methodologies and internal communications.
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for staff concerns.
• Experience in higher education or complex organizations preferred.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) desirable.
