The Senior BIM Consultant role is a Contract opportunity with a client located in Kansas City, MO 64114 (Onsite). We’re ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in the similar domain.
Pay Rate: $60- $65/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Duties:
A Senior BIM/CAD Technician will assess the Facilities department's BIM practices, workflow, model and template standards, recommend improvements, train staff, and identify automation opportunities.
- Consult with the Facilities team to assess the current BIM process, workflows, and Revit usage.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, standards, and benefits.
- Develop BIM documentation and maintenance framework, best practices, and workflows.
- Define automation opportunities using off-the-shelf Revit tools and features.
- Train and mentor staff in Revit skills and execution.
- Develop and present solutions to technical and design problems following industry best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
