Akkodis is seeking a Sr. AWS Developer for a Direct Hire with a client in Akron, OH(Hybrid). The ideal candidates’ responsibilities include designing scalable AWS-based enterprise integrations and collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless cloud solution delivery.
Salary Range: $110K /Yearly to 120K /Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr. AWS Developer job responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable cloud applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch), Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated AWS deployments.
- Monitor and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver enterprise integration solutions aligned with business needs.
- Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with AWS advancements and continuously integrate new tools and best practices to enhance development efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10 years of experience in AWS development, cloud architecture, and backend application development.
- Proven expertise in AWS services including Lambda, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch, with strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
