Akkodis is seeking an AV Engineer to support our growing AV infrastructure and upcoming migration to FourWinds, enabling OneLink bonusing, Speedmedia, and Unified Marketing Content for Commerce. This role focuses on project-based AV work, including new system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, while reducing reliance on third-party AV integrators.
Location: Onsite
Rate: 40-45/hr W2
Role Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute AV installations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Build racks, mount displays, and commission systems end-to-end.
- Support migration and ensure compliance
Key Responsibilities:

- Support migration and ensure compliance with AVIXA/CTS standards.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable AV solutions.
Requirements:
- 5 years AV installation experience.
- Q-SYS experience (1–2 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of AVIXA/CTS standards (certification preferred).
- Full AV installation lifecycle experience.
Soft Skills:
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication.
- Team player — this is not an isolated role.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable AV solutions.
