Product Manager I

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager I for a Contract with a client in Pennsylvania, PA (Remote). You will drive product vision and ensure delivery teams build solutions that provide real user value.

Rate Range: $62/hour to $66/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Manager I Job Responsibilities Include

• Communicate product vision clearly to delivery teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and prioritize a well-refined backlog, writing and refining user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Master, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-value features.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand product needs, user personas, and requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, validate stories against business requirements, and assist with UAT planning.
• Create forecasting tools and reports (e.g., burn-up charts) to set expectations and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Certified SAFe Agilist, CSPO, or A-CSPO strongly preferred).
• Minimum 7 years in software/technology/program management and at least 3 years in agile product management.
• Proven experience creating and refining user stories, managing backlogs, and driving product vision in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.

Pay Details: $62.00 to $66.00 per hour
