Platform Architect- ServiceNow

Akkodis is seeking a Platform Architect- ServiceNow for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate will be responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ITSM architectures and advanced ServiceNow platform solutions.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Platform Architect- ServiceNow Job Responsibilities Include

• Architect, design, and govern ServiceNow ITSM solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design and implement AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform beyond standard Now Assist, including autonomous workflows, contextual reasoning, orchestration, and escalation logic.
• Develop and optimize advanced ServiceNow components such as Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows, and ACLs.
• Lead integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST APIs, MID Server, and event‑driven architectures.
• Ensure strong platform performance, security, data integrity, and governance across CMDB and ITSM processes.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, and best practices while providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM architecture with strong experience building AI Agents beyond standard Now Assist capabilities.
• Advanced ServiceNow development and integration experience, including REST APIs, MID Server, CMDB, platform governance, and release management.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
