Akkodis is seeking a Functional Analyst for a contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. This role involves leading end-to-end testing for utility applications, including manual and automated test execution across web and mobile platforms.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour

Requirements

Functional Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with system users and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new or existing systems.
- Work closely with developers and project teams to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Create and execute test scripts for manual and automated testing across various environments, including web and mobile.
- Document and report bugs, test results, and system issues clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Lead and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to testing standards and project timelines.
- Support post-deployment activities by validating fixes and ensuring system functionality aligns with business expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in utility application testing and functional analysis.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, test planning, and execution using tools like JIRA and HP ALM.
- In-depth domain knowledge of Utility Assets, GIS, and hands-on experience with TOMS and Salesforce testing.
