Responsibilities:- Monitor surveillance cameras and equipment.
- Access control systems, fire alarms, intrusion detection systems and other protective equipment/systems.
- Monitor and log radio transmissions using call signs.
- Answer the telephone, take messages.
- Maintain Duty Log in legible manner.
- Dispatch and/or notify Security Officers of all unusual activity.
- Report and document same, summon resources and coordinate emergency personnel responding to emergencies and document same.
- Must be US Citizen.
- All personnel must be able to pass a favorably single scope background investigation (SSBI) prior to commencing work.
- All Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Be in possession of a valid Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess either a high school diploma or a GED equivalency certificate.
- Be able to speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English.
- Be in possession of a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in his/her state of residence.
