What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Group Attorney - Insurance Litigation position at Akerman LLP?
Akerman LLP is seeking a Practice Group Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance/personal injury defense. The ideal candidate will have prior demonstrated experience handling insurance coverage matters, breach of contract claims, and bad faith insurance disputes in state and federal courts. Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. This position can be located in any of the Firm’s Dallas, Houston or San Antonio offices. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Texas. This is a full-time non-partnership track position with benefits.
