What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate Attorneys position at Akerman LLP?
Akerman LLP’s Wilmington, Delaware office is seeking Litigation Associates with 2 to 4 years of experience in business litigation. Experience litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery is required, as well excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Delaware State Bar, or be eligible and prepared to obtain Delaware admission promptly. May work in a hybrid arrangement.
