What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate Attorney position at Akerman LLP?
The Jacksonville office of Akerman LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience. Federal and state court and/or clerkship experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must have experience in all aspects of trial preparation, the ability to work independently and manage cases, excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
